Tsuzuri TESSOU
Tsuzuri TESSOU is a clumsy, yet intelligent, police officer who works in Academy City. He is also a teacher at Tokiwadai Middle School, where he teaches the students about the dangers of esper powers. Tsuzuri is a kind and caring person, but he can also be strict when necessary. He is a valuable asset to the police force and is always willing to help those in need.
